We are delighted to announce the signing of winger Morgan Homson-Smith from Longridge.

The impressive and versatile midfielder has impressed during his time at the Preston based club and heads over to BL9 for the 24/25 season.

He started out at Harrogate before playing for Southport in National League North.

Following his time at Haig Avenue, he went onto play for FC United of Manchester, City of Liverpool and Bootle before joining Longridge in October 2022.

The gaffer Dave McNabb is delighted to have him on board.

“Morgan is a masterful technician capable of playing in midfield or anywhere behind the striker. He has an unbelievable left foot, his movement, vision and range of passing is a joy to Behold.

I think he’s matured as a player massively over the last year or two and that will allow him to fulfil his huge potential. A player whose ability should be playing at a much higher level.”

Welcome to Bury, Morgan.
