Following a meeting of the Football Board earlier this week, an interim chair has now been appointed.
Current vice-chair Gareth Castick will assume the role, with support from all other members – Adam Ingram, Tania Jackson, Casey Lynchey, Jon Newby and Jon Wiggans alongside Interim Secretary Ian Coyle.
Interim Chair of FSSB John Woodhead, will be assisting the football board in this transitional phase and will be present on any meetings held in this period.
This group will continue to support the squads and first team management, alongside the coordination of matchday activities at Gigg Lane. We continue to receive great support from our volunteer base in these activities, which started with the delivery of the game on Tuesday night. This support continues to be a source of great strength at the base of the club, and does not go unnoticed. Thank you!
